Titan Beard Co. products are grooming and cosmetic products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and no claims to that effect are made about any product on this site. Our products are formulated with an allergy-conscious carrier blend, meaning we've made deliberate ingredient choices with common sensitivities in mind — this is not a guarantee against allergic reaction. See Section 9 below.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you'll receive a full refund for the cancelled portion.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders, including payment details, so we can complete your transaction and contact you if needed.

5. Shipping

Shipping timeframes and rates are listed on our Shipping Policy page. We ship to the addresses provided at checkout — please double check your shipping address before completing your order, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our full refund terms are listed on our Refund Policy page. In short: you don't need to return anything. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, or if you don't love the scent, contact us within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

7. Allergies and Sensitive Skin

We take allergy-conscious formulation seriously, and we list full ingredients for every product on its product page. Because everyone's skin is different, we recommend the following before regular use of any new product:

- Review the full ingredient list before purchasing or using any product.
- Apply a small amount to a limited area of skin and wait 24 hours before full use, especially if you have known sensitivities or allergies.
- Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician if you experience irritation, redness, or any adverse reaction.
- Keep all products out of reach of children.

Titan Beard Co. is not liable for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. It is the customer's responsibility to review ingredients prior to purchase and use.
