If Something Arrives Damaged, Defective, or Wrong

Contact us at Support@titanbeardco.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. No return needed — just let us know what happened.

If You Don't Love the Scent

Reach out within 30 days and we'll send you a different scent or issue a refund. Keep the original bottle — there's no need to send it back.

How Refunds Work

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to post it on their end.
