Processing Time

All Titan Beard Co. products are handcrafted in small batches in Lubbock, Texas. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. We work hard to ship the same day or next business day whenever possible.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight. We do not add handling fees.

Delivery Times

Standard domestic shipping typically delivers within 3 to 7 business days after your order ships. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping will be announced when available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is handed off to the carrier, Titan Beard Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier. If you experience an issue, contact us at support@titanbeardco.com and we will do everything we can to help you resolve it.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Titan Beard Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs caused by an address correction are the responsibility of the customer.
