Why I built this

I got into beard care the same way most guys do. I found some products I actually liked, started paying attention to what was in them, and fell into a community of people who took it seriously. That community showed me what quality looked like and made me realize this space was real.

One day a friend named Eric, someone I had worked alongside and trusted for years, looked at me and said simply, you could really do something like this. Those words did not let go.

That is when something shifted. I stopped just being a customer and started asking questions. What is actually in these products? Why does this oil work better than that one? What makes a formula perform instead of just sitting on the surface?

I have allergies myself. I know what it is like to pick up a product, flip it over, and still not fully trust what you are reading. So when I started asking those questions, the answers became personal, not just technical. Being allergy-conscious was never a feature I added to Titan. It was the foundation. Every carrier oil, every ingredient in the blend was chosen with that standard in mind from day one. Not just for me. For every man who wears a beard and everyone around him.

Nine years in the Navy taught me that doing something right means knowing why every decision was made. People flew in the aircraft I maintained. That kind of accountability does not leave you. It just finds a new place to live.

Before Titan, I spent years in customer service and operations across different industries. I know what it feels like to be on the receiving end of a company that does not care. That is not how we operate. If something is not right, we make it right. No runaround.

Titan is what happens when someone who genuinely loves this space decides to build it the right way from day one.
