Satisfaction Guarantee
If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will take care of you.
Returns and Exchanges
All return and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the original order date. To begin a return or exchange, email us at support@titanbeardco.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Opened or Used Products
Because our products are personal care items, opened or used products are not eligible for a full refund. However, if you are not satisfied with a scent or the product did not work for you, reach out to us. We will work with you on a store credit or product exchange on a case by case basis.
Unopened Products
Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 30 days for a refund to your original payment method. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@titanbeardco.com with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Wrong Scent or Changed Mind
If you are unhappy with a scent you ordered, reach out to us. We will do our best to work with you on a replacement scent. This is handled case by case.
